1. Our Services

1.1 Service Scheduling and Modifications

• Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any fee.
• For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee may apply or the full fee will be charged due to planning commitments.

1.2 Service Fee Credits

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the amount paid will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for credits, due to the assignment of dedicated staff and scheduling obligations.

2. Information Products

Kindhands offers digital guides and tutorials related to elder companionship and wellness. Purchases grant access to downloadable or streamable content.

2.1 Access and Use

• Content is available immediately after payment confirmation.
• Content is for personal use only; sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

2.2 Digital Product Credits

You may request a full credit up to 14 days after purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Credit processing takes up to 10 business days. After content access, no credits can be issued, since delivery is immediate and irreversible.

3. Merchandise

We offer branded items such as apparel and home support tools.

3.1 Shipping and Handling

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Shipping times vary by location.

3.2 Merchandise Credits

You may request to send back unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive the items in original condition, the purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

4. No-Credit Situations

Certain bundled service packages and promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for credits, due to staff allocation and special pricing commitments. These conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

kindhands provides non-medical support and companionship only. We are not responsible for medical emergencies or professional healthcare advice. You agree to hold kindhands harmless for any indirect or incidental incidents arising from service use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
