We offer flexible scheduling seven days a week. Standard visits can be arranged between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends, with extended hours available upon request.
kindhands currently provides companionship services throughout Toronto, including downtown, midtown, and nearby neighbourhoods within a 30-kilometre radius of 1 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M5E 1W7.
Visits typically range from one to three hours, depending on your needs and preferences. Longer visits may be scheduled with advance notice to ensure companion availability.
Yes. Every companion completes a criminal record check, reference verification, and an interview process. We also conduct periodic performance reviews to maintain high standards.
Absolutely. We strive to match you with the same companion whenever possible to build trust and familiarity. Your preferences are recorded and respected for all future visits.
Companions can engage in conversation, play board games, assist with light meal preparation, accompany you on walks, read aloud, or support hobbies such as gardening, crafting, or music appreciation.
Payments are securely processed online via credit or debit card at kindhands.info. We also accept e-Transfers. Invoicing is issued after each visit with clear details of services rendered.
To cancel or reschedule a visit, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Visits cancelled within this window are fully credited toward a future booking.
